How to Order Tickets!

Currently the 2014-2015 School Performances are On-Sale!

TICKET INFORMATION
Individual tickets are not issued; a one-page group confirmation is distributed.
Tickets are purchased as general admission; groups are assigned seats by seating chart based on size of group, accommodation needs and grade level.
All orders must be paid in full six weeks prior to the performance date or a late
fee may be assessed.
Ordering tickets
Determine the performances and number of tickets your group needs. Total number  of tickets ordered must include all adults attending along with the students. We request a ratio of one chaperone for every 10-15 students.
Include any accommodation needs: the Ordway provides wheelchair seating, infrared listening system units, ASL interpretation, and audio
description. Two-week notice is required for any accommodation needs.
Fill out the order form in the back of the brochure or download a form at
ordway.org/education and submit by phone, mail or fax.
Submit your order via fax, mail or phone with PAYMENT IN FULL or YOUR PRINCIPAL’S SIGNATURE that guarantees payment in full by six weeks prior to your performance.
