Saint Paul Public
Schools is currently accepting applications for licensed instrumental music
teachers and non-licensed experienced instrumental music instructors to teach
in its Extended Day Instrumental Music Program. Band is offered two days a week
(M/W or T/TH) to all elementary schools (grades 4-5 in K-5 schools; and grades
4-8 in K-8 schools), and strings at a limited number of schools based on
student interest and string inventory. Teachers/Instructors are assigned 1-2
schools based on availability. Technology skills are required and trainings will be provided for use of this
system.
