Over the weekend more 340 ARTwalk participants and their families enjoyed the 2013 Ordway Clear Channel Outdoor ARTwalk reception, officially opening the ARTwalk in downtown Saint Paul!! The event featured Festival education partners and performers including Children’s Theatre Company, Ordway Circle of Stars, Hoang Anh Vietnamese Dance group, Magician Justin Alan, and a dance party hosted by Rene Thompson Dancers!
