Argentine Tango Dance Class

To coincide with the opening of the musical EVITA on August 12, the Ordway invited patrons to come learn the art social dancing at the “Argentine Tango Dance Class” workshop with instructors Rebecca & Bruce Abas from Four Seasons Dance Studio. Over 30 guests gathered in the Drake Room to learn a few steps of Argentine Tango from seasoned instructors with over 10 years of experience teaching partner dance. Participants enjoyed an hour of instruction and practice, and came away with smiles on their faces, saying they felt the class was “a wonderful experience” and “a great add on to the performance!"
The Ordway presents a series of classes and open rehearsals with local and touring artists in contemporary dance, world music and theater throughout the season. Visit our site for more information: http://www.ordway.org/education/masterclasses/.
